No.29943 of 2010\n                             SANTOSH KUMAR GUPTA\n                                          Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    30.9.2010           Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                         Petitioner along with others are alleged<\/p>\n<p>                 for making demand of ransom even appearing in<\/p>\n<p>                 the office of the informant and taking away Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                 5,000\/- which is objected on the ground that the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner     is        one     of        the     employees        of<\/p>\n<p>                 informant&#8217;s company, not willing to work more<\/p>\n<p>                 for the company for the wages given to him and<\/p>\n<p>                 annoying thereof this case is lodged.<\/p>\n<p>                         Thus,      having       regard      to     the    facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances       of    the    case,       in    the    event     of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioner shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing     bail       bond        of     Rs.     10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each   to    the    satisfaction           of     Chief    Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate,    Muzaffarpur        in       Ahiyapur       P.S.
