Civil Judge<br \/>\n(J.D.), Bardoli praying for a permanent injunction against the<br \/>\nappellants, original defendants, restraining them from interfering<br \/>\nwith their possession in respect of the property bearing Cone Nos.<br \/>\n514, 523 and 537 of Village Kalamukhi, Taluka Valod, District Surat.<br \/>\nThe said suit came to be allowed by the trial Court vide judgment and<br \/>\norder dated 31.12.1999.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.2\t\tBeing<br \/>\naggrieved by the said order, the appellants preferred an appeal being<br \/>\nRegular Civil Appeal No. 7 of 2000 before the Presiding Officer, Fast<br \/>\nTrack Court No. 5, Surat at Vyara. The appellate Court, after hearing<br \/>\nthe parties and after considering the evidence on record, dismissed<br \/>\nthe appeal of the appellants. Hence, this appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\t\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned Advocate for the appellant and perused the documents on<br \/>\nrecord. While considering the case of the appellants, both the Courts<br \/>\nbelow have discussed the entire evidence in detail. I am in complete<br \/>\nagreement with the reasonings given by and the findings arrived at by<br \/>\nboth the Courts below and find no reasons to interfere in this<br \/>\nappeal. No substantial question of law arises within the meaning of<br \/>\nSection 100 of C.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\t\tIn<br \/>\nthe result, the appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.\n<\/p>\n<p>[K.\n<\/p>\n<p>S.
