Harilal,   the   learned   counsel   appearing   for   the<\/p>\n<p>respondents   1     and     3   submits   that   in   view   of   the   apparent<\/p>\n<p>irregularities,   which   have   been   highlighted   in   the   matter   of<\/p>\n<p>election  to the  post of Chairperson  and  Committee  members  of<\/p>\n<p>the   Kudumbasree   Community   Development   Society   in<\/p>\n<p>Vallikunnam Grama Panchayat, the first respondent is prepared<\/p>\n<p>to conduct fresh election.   I also notice that the 7th  respondent,<\/p>\n<p>who was elected as Chairperson in the election, has not chosen<\/p>\n<p>to   enter   appearance.       Thus   the   averments   in   the   writ   petition<\/p>\n<p>stand established by non traverse.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.     Heard   the   learned   Government   Pleader   also.       He<\/p>\n<p>submits that   4th  and 5h respondents will not stand in the way of<\/p>\n<p>this court directing fresh   election in view of the stand taken by<\/p>\n<p>the     first   respondent.   Under   these   circumstances,   this   writ<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No.28828\/2006                         2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>petition   will   stand   allowed   and   the   following   directions   will   be<\/p>\n<p>passed:\n<\/p>\n<p>       i).     The     5th  respondent   will   not   permit   the   7th  respondent<\/p>\n<p>and the Committee members elected in the impugned election to<\/p>\n<p>take over  charge of the   Kudumbasree  Community  Development<\/p>\n<p>Society in Vallikunnam Grama Panchayat.\n<\/p>\n<p>       ii).   The first respondent   will ensure that fresh election is<\/p>\n<p>conducted   at   the   earliest   and   at   any   rate   within   six   weeks   of<\/p>\n<p>receiving a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>       iii).
