But this much of the direction<\/p>\n<p>                   was not clarified by his learned counsel, so refusing his<\/p>\n<p>                   representation through lawyer, his bail was cancelled for that<\/p>\n<p>                   mistake also petitioner remained in custody since 19.7.2011<\/p>\n<p>                   and undertakes to bind himself with the condition given in<\/p>\n<p>                   Cr. Misc. No.23693 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                   released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                   (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                   the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-<\/p>\n<p>                   2nd, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                   Trial No.403 of 2011 arising out of Bettiah Town P.
