Santosh Kumar, Son of Sri Nanhu Rai\n                    All are resident of village-Chhehantar, P.S.-Maner, District-Patna.\n                                         Versus\n                                  The State of Bihar\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   14.9.2011                  Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                       appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                       a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,<\/p>\n<p>                       448, 380 &amp; 308 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is stated that though the petitioners are named in the<\/p>\n<p>                       F.I.R. but no specific over act is alleged against them. The specific<\/p>\n<p>                       allegation of causing injury on informant&#8217;s head is against co-<\/p>\n<p>                       accused Nanhu Rai. Allegation of theft, is nothing but super<\/p>\n<p>                       addition, levelled to make the offence more serious.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the facts of the case and the nature of<\/p>\n<p>                       allegation, let the petitioners, namely, (i) Pappu Kumar, (ii) Pintoo<\/p>\n<p>                       Rai and (iii) Santosh Kumar in the event of their arrest or surrender<\/p>\n<p>                       before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date<\/p>\n<p>                       of receipt\/communication of this order, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                       furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>                       sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n<p>                       Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                       Maner P.S.
