Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner, being father-in-law of the deceased has been<\/p>\n<p>                    made accused in a case registered under sections 302, 201\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                    IPC and it appears from the impugned order of the learned Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Judge that except confessional statement of the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    there is nothing against him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Accordingly, petitioner, Gorakha Manjhi, is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief<\/p>\n<p>                    Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in Paliganj P.S.
