Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :11\/03\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                 = =W.P.(C) = =36057=OF = = = = =\n                      = = =No. = =      =\n                                           2007 P\n                 = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n                  Dated this the 11th March, 2008\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this writ petition, the property belonging to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>was sold to the Additional 4th respondent and on account of the<\/p>\n<p>defaults that were committed proceedings were initiated and finally<\/p>\n<p>the property was sold in favour of the additional 5th respondent.<\/p>\n<p>Aggrieved by the sale so conducted, the petitioner filed an appeal to<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent and on its dismissal, Ext. P2 revision was filed to<\/p>\n<p>the 1st respondent.    Petitioner submits that Ext. P2 revision is still<\/p>\n<p>pending consideration of the 1st respondent. In this writ petition,<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is seeking an order for an expeditious disposal of Ext.<\/p>\n<p>P2 revision.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. In the light of the aforesaid facts and in the nature of the<\/p>\n<p>relief I propose to grant I do not think it necessary to put the<\/p>\n<p>additional 4th and 5th respondents on notice.<\/p>\n<p>      3. Since Ext. P2 revision filed by the petitioner is pending<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C) No. 36057 OF 2007          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>consideration of the 1st respondent, I dispose of this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>directing that the 1st respondent shall consider Ext. P2 revision with<\/p>\n<p>notice to the petitioner, and additional 4th and 5th respondents and<\/p>\n<p>pass appropriate orders thereon.
