The fact of  second  marriage<br \/>\nhaving been proved,   the punishment which has been awarded is the<br \/>\npunishment of dismissal. The appellant is a police employee. That<br \/>\nbeing the position, this appeal would not  merit consideration.   We<br \/>\nare  not  inclined  to interfere  with the punishment  awarded by the<br \/>\nInquiry Officer.
