The specific year from which the consideration\nstarts has not been mentioned.\n3) the year wise detail of application for ALT plots 2001 to 2003, received may please be intimated.\n4) Status report of the application required during the year 2003 may please be intimated. On 09\/06\/2010\na meeting of recommendation Committee was held as per intimation received vide your letter no.\nF33CRTI-9\/L&amp;B\/ALT\/7232 dated 04\/08\/2010. the no. of cases put up has not been given. On the other\nhand it has been mentioned that no case was recommended in this meeting. The reason their of may be\nmentioned. A certified copy of the proceeding of meeting held on09\/06\/2010 may be please be provided.\n5) the applications of ALT flats pertaining from 15-20 years back are pending for recommodation. The\nreason of such pendency may please be intimated. Is there any specific period for the disposal of such\ncases?\n6) A copy of guidelines of CVC on the subject may be provided?\n\nReply from the PIO:-\nThe appellant was provided with the point wise reply:-\n1) The desired information on the desired format is not maintained in the branch.\n2) As of now the department is considering the cases from the year l979.\n3) No, such record available in the branch in compiled form and there is no seniority list exist as yet.\n4) As no case was processed and no minutes of meeting were recorded dated 09.06.10. Hence, no\nproceedings was recorded on file.\n5) Reasons\/Interpretations are not covered under RTI Act 2005.\n6) You may obtain the copy of CVC guidelines on any working day after paying the requisite fees.\n\nGrounds for First Appeal:\nUnsatisfactory information provided by PIO\n FAA's Order:-\nReply to questions are explained by PIO to the appellant. It was explained by PIO that the Deptt. , cannot\ncreate information in response to any question and reply to any question can be given on the basis of\navailable records.\nRelevant section of RTI Act, 2005 may be quoted in response to questions no. 5. The appellant has read.\nCopy of CVC guidelines\/status, number of cases may be informed in reply to question 3 &amp; 4 may be\ngiven.
