Petitioner is the first accused. The offences alleged against<\/p>\n<p>him are under Sections 467, 468 and 472 read with 34 of Indian<\/p>\n<p>Penal Code. The allegation is that the petitioner, along with others,<\/p>\n<p>forged     approval     order     of    authorization      committee for<\/p>\n<p>transplantation of human organs and helped certain persons to<\/p>\n<p>transplant kidney from the hospital at Coimbatore.<\/p>\n<p>       3. The petitioner is in custody from 26.5.2008 onwards. He<\/p>\n<p>was questioned and he is not required for recovery. According to<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner himself had undergone<\/p>\n<p>kidney transplantation and his physical condition is not good.<\/p>\n<p>       4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>may be directed to appear before the investigating officer to<\/p>\n<p>facilitate arrest of the co-accused.\n<\/p>\n<p>       Hence, the petitioner is granted bail on the following terms<\/p>\n<p>and conditions:\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">    BA.3983\/08                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>    i)   Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.25,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>          solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>          of the Magistrate Court concerned.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    ii)   Petitioner shall report before the investigating officer on<\/p>\n<p>          every Monday between 10 AM and 1 PM until further<\/p>\n<p>          orders.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>    iii).
