JUSTICE NARENDRA KUMAR JAIN\n\n\nMr.D.L.Rawla, for the petitioner.\nMr.Aneesh Bhurat,P.P.\n\n\n     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner\n\nas   well    as    learned     Public      Prosecutor    and\n\nperused the material\/case diary made available\n\nto me during the arguments of the case.\n\n     It     is    contended        on     behalf   of    the\n\npetitioner that investigation in the matter is\n\ncomplete and challan has been filed in the\n\ncase, the co-accused Jagdish has been granted\n\nbail by this court under Section 439 Cr.P.C.\n\nin S.B.Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application\n\nNO. 3737\/09 and the case of present petitioner\n\nis similar with the case of co-accused who has\n\nbeen granted bail by this court.\n\n     After       considering       the     submissions     of\n\nlearned counsel for the parties, examining the\n\nrecord and the facts and circumstances of the\n\ncase, but without expressing any opinion on\n\nits merits and demerits, I think it fit and\n\nproper to allow this application under Section\n                               2\n\n439     Cr.P.C.      Hence,       it   is     directed    that\n\naccused-petitioner       namely        Sanjay    Kumar    S\/o\n\nShri Hemraj, be released on bail under Section\n\n439 Cr.P.C.,in FIR No.217\/09 Police Station\n\nRawatsar,         District        Hanumangarh,registered\n\nunder     Sections     457,380         IPC     provided     he\n\nfurnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.\n\n25,000\/-(Rupees       Twenty      Five       Thousand    only)\n\ntogether with one surety of the like amount to\n\nthe satisfaction of the trial court for his\n\nappearance on all subsequent dates of hearing\n\nand as and when called upon to do so.\n\n                             (NARENDRA KUMAR JAIN), J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>ns.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rajasthan High Court &#8211; Jodhpur Sanjay Kumar vs State on 21 July, 2009 1 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN AT JODHPUR S.B.Criminal Misc.
