 Plaintiff isthe-lpetltioner. He has instituted a suit for<\/p>\n

2’ ‘written’ stajtefrnent. 6″ defendant has filed separate written<\/p>\n
sta.t’e.r.nent24which is at Annexure–C and was adopted by<\/p>\n
defendants 7 and 8. He has contended that, the suit<\/p>\n
