Counsel   for     Guruvayoor   Devaswom<\/p>\n<p>submitted   that   they   have   decided   to   re-tender   on   the   basis   of   the<\/p>\n<p>decision taken by the Managing Committee on the basis of the report<\/p>\n<p>dated   6.1.2007   stating   that   the   negative   film   of   the   featre   film<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Guruvayur Mahathyam&#8221; are kept in the Vijaya Colour Lab at Madras<\/p>\n<p>and it has no sound and the picture is not seen clearly.  The Managing<\/p>\n<p>Committee which met on 10.2.2007 has resolved to re-tender the film<\/p>\n<p>for getting a better amount.  We find no illegality in the decision taken<\/p>\n<p>by  the   Managing   Committee.
