No.77\/2010 as well as a prayer for<br \/>\n\tconfirmation of sale in favour of the highest bidder.  So far as,<br \/>\n\tthe first prayer regarding modification in the order is concerned,<br \/>\n\tthis Court can pass certainly an order to that effect, however, for<br \/>\n\tconfirmation of sale in favour of the highest bidder is concerned,<br \/>\n\tsince, as per the present roster the business is changed,<br \/>\n\tappropriate order will have to be obtained from the Hon&#8217;ble the<br \/>\n\tChief Justice. It is open for the parties to move the Hon&#8217;ble the<br \/>\n\tChief Justice for necessary order.
