No.4116\/2011-L\n              ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n         Dated this the 9th day of February, 2011\n\n                    J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    Aggrieved by the proposal to grant upgradation to<\/p>\n<p>respondent Nos.6 to 9 Government U.P. Schools, this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition has been filed.  The copy of the proposed<\/p>\n<p>list is produced as Ext.P4.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>    2.   Evidently, going by the averments in the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, no final decision has been taken by the<\/p>\n<p>Government.  What is sought for is a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents  to   consider   the   objections  of   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners before finalising the same.<\/p>\n<p>    3.   The  learned  Government  Pleader  on  getting<\/p>\n<p>instructions submitted that in the provisional list<\/p>\n<p>prepared by the Government, respondents 6 to 9 schools<\/p>\n<p>have not been included.      In respect of Malappuram<\/p>\n<p>District, the following schools are included, going by<\/p>\n<p>the list submitted by the learned Government Pleader:-<\/p>\n<pre>\n\nW.P.(C).
