MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nmatter was discussed with petitioner wife, Mr. Bhaveshbhai Natubhai<br \/>\nPrajapati, respondent husband, and we also talked to the child master<br \/>\nRishi, aged about 10 years.  It appears that the child wants to<br \/>\nremain with the parents.  He wants both parents should remain<br \/>\ntogether but the wife is not agreed to stay with the husband on the<br \/>\nmain ground that he is not earning.  As no amicable settlement is<br \/>\nreached between the parties, we intend to hear he matter on merit.<br \/>\nPost the matter before the Court on 29th June, 2011 within<br \/>\n5 cases.
