No.4101 of 2011\n                                     RAMADHAR SHARMA\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       23.03.2011            Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n<p>                     as learned counsel for the state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner, being husband of the informant, is<\/p>\n<p>                     languishing in jail custody since 28.08.2010 on the<\/p>\n<p>                     allegation that he alongwith other accused assaulted the<\/p>\n<p>                     informant with Lathi.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                As per submission of learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner, the marriage of the petitioner had taken place 22<\/p>\n<p>                     years ago and as a matter of fact, there are several<\/p>\n<p>                     litigations going on between the parties, which is evident<\/p>\n<p>                     from perusal of written report of the informant itself.<\/p>\n<p>                                Taking into consideration the above-said facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                     the petitioner, namely, Ramadhar Sharma be released on<\/p>\n<p>                     bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand)<\/p>\n<p>                     each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection<\/p>\n<p>                     with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2010 to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                     J.M.
