No.672 of 2010\n                    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n            Dated this the 27th day of July 2010\n\n\n                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Writ Petition was disposed of by judgment dated<\/p>\n<p>23.7.2009 directing the 3rd petitioner herein to pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P6 representation. In this review petition, it is contended<\/p>\n<p>that neither the 3rd petitioner nor petitioners 1 and 2 are<\/p>\n<p>having any administrative control over the affairs of the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. On this basis, it is contended that they will not in<\/p>\n<p>a position to deal with the representation as directed in the<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.   If as stated by the review petitioners, as they have<\/p>\n<p>no administrative control over the affairs of the Federation,<\/p>\n<p>they cannot be expected to deal with the representation made<\/p>\n<p>by the writ petitioner.
