Cr.P.C. the petitioner, who is<\/p>\n<p>the sole accused in Crime No.573\/2010 of Nilambur Police Station<\/p>\n<p>for an offence punishable under Section 20(b) II (B) of the N.D.P.S.<\/p>\n<p>Act for allegedly having been found in possession of 5 Kgs of<\/p>\n<p>ganja, seeks bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>     3.    I am not satisfied that both the grounds enumerated<\/p>\n<p>under sec.37(1)(b)(ii) of the N.D.P.S. Act are present in this case<\/p>\n<p>so as to justify release of the petitioner.
