P.S.Case<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 39 of 2010 registered for offences u\/s 341, 448, 379, 354, 427, 504<\/p>\n<p>                   IPC &amp; 3(IV)(V) (X) (XI) (XV) of S.C. &amp; S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities)<\/p>\n<p>                   Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               From the FIR it appears that the informant was running a<\/p>\n<p>                   Kirana shop in her house and on 4th May 2010 at 6:30 P.M. the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and others came to her shop and accused Rajiv Yadav had<\/p>\n<p>                   asked the lady to transfer the land in his favour whereupon the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant replied that they should not disturb and pressurize to transfer<\/p>\n<p>                   the land. She has further stated that she was being tortured as they were<\/p>\n<p>                   not allowing to fetch water whereupon Rajiv Yadav took out pistol and<\/p>\n<p>                   abused her by taking her caste name. It is submitted that co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                   Rajiv Yadav @ Sanichar Yadav had moved this Court in<\/p>\n<p>                   Cr.Misc.No.4735 of 2011 and was granted bail and the case of the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner stands on better footing.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender within 4 weeks, the petitioner Shambhu Yadav shall<\/p>\n<p>                   be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                   Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                   each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in S.C.&amp;<\/p>\n<p>                   S.T.P.S.Case no. 39 of 2010, subject to the conditions laid down u\/s<\/p>\n<p>                   438(2) Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>          Jay\/                                     (Shivaji Pandey,J)\n  <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Shambhu Yadav vs The State Of Bihar on 24 August, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
