This writ petition has been filed by two petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                   challenging orders dated 19.04.2010 (Annexures-4 and 4\/A) by<\/p>\n<p>                   which the Senior Divisional Manager, Life Insurance Corporation<\/p>\n<p>                   of India, Muzaffarpur Division, Muzaffarpur (respondent no.3)<\/p>\n<p>                   terminated the respective agencies of petitioners nos. 1 and 2<\/p>\n<p>                   forfeiting their renewal commission.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  3. It transpires that both the petitioners have filed<\/p>\n<p>                   separate appeals against the said orders and the memorandums of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        appeals are annexed as Annexure- 6 series. The said appeals have<\/p>\n<p>        been filed under the specific provisions of Rule 22 of the Life<\/p>\n<p>        Insurance Corporation of India (Agents) Regulations, 1972.<\/p>\n<p>                   4. Since the appeals as provided in law are pending<\/p>\n<p>        before the authorities concerned, this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>        with a direction to the appellate authority, namely the Zonal<\/p>\n<p>        Manager, Life Insurance Corporation of India, East Central Zone,<\/p>\n<p>        Patna, to decide the appeals expeditiously in accordance with law,<\/p>\n<p>        preferably within a period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>        receipt\/production of a copy of this order.<\/p>\n<p>                   5. If the petitioners want any interim relief, he may file<\/p>\n<p>        an appropriate application before the authority concerned which<\/p>\n<p>        shall be disposed of on its own merit immediately.<\/p>\n<p>                                           (S.
