Justice K.T.SANKARAN\n\n Dated :03\/06\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                           K.T.SANKARAN, J.\n              ------------------------------------------------------\n                       B.A. NO. 2894 OF 2009\n              ------------------------------------------------------\n                    Dated this the 3rd June, 2009\n\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>Criminal Procedure. The petitioners are accused Nos.1 and 2 in Crime<\/p>\n<p>No.420 of 2009 of Thiruvalla Police Station.<\/p>\n<p>      2. The offence alleged against the petitioners is under Section   d<\/p>\n<p>420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>      3.  The prosecution case is that the accused persons received<\/p>\n<p>huge amounts from several persons offering job and good salary and<\/p>\n<p>cheated them. Hundreds of complaints were filed against the accused<\/p>\n<p>persons. The formal arrest of the petitioners were recorded on 12.5.2009,<\/p>\n<p>they having been arrested on 22.4.2009 in connection with Crime No.235<\/p>\n<p>of 2009 of Pala Police Station.        Learned Public Prosecutor seriously<\/p>\n<p>opposed the Bail Application. It is submitted that hundreds of persons<\/p>\n<p>have made complaints against the accused persons alleging offence of<\/p>\n<p>the similar nature.   Crores of rupees were collected by the accused<\/p>\n<p>persons from the public and the allegation is that they cheated those<\/p>\n<p>persons who parted with money.\n<\/p>\n<p>B.A. NO. 2894 OF 2009<\/p>\n<p>                                         :: 2 ::\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       4.
