It is submitted   that the land in\nquestion  Temple and the\n of the said Temple. The\n order dated 18.9.2006 directed\n\nthe Tahsildar to eo'ntinue the name of Respondent No.4 in<\/pre>\n
l 0 “‘\u20acoV1u’mnE”-No.’i2,(2) invresdpect of Survey No. 180\/1. It is submitted<\/p>\n
  that the land in question was the subject<\/p>\n
matter beforeJ..*the Land Tribunal wherein Respondent No.4 was<\/p>\n
3″-*\u00ab___V”\u00bbdec1ared___as the tenant. The said order was challenged before<\/p>\n
   Court in W.P.No.15141\/1995, which came to be disposed<\/p>\n
“of? T\ufb01manding the matter to the Land Tribunal for fresh<\/p>\n
 consideration. Hence, the m ter as on today is pending. On<\/p>\n

and since the petitioner is the Trust-ee”of\u00ab thefnalme N f<\/p>\n
of Respondent No.4 should not havle\u00abVbeeii’lreilIlecsteci.V in <\/p>\n
No.12[2). Hence, he sought forlof thep  <\/p>\n
