  The deceased employee Rama Janappa Kalburgi of the<\/p>\n
N’WKR’I’C raised an Industrial Dispute under Section 10 (4&A) of<\/p>\n
V<\/p>\n
the Industrial Disputes (Amendment) Act (By Act 36 of 1986)
\n(hereinafter called as the II) Act for shert). The iiidusttiai<\/p>\n
dispute between the legal representatives of the  <\/p>\n
and the NWKRTC is that the temiiriatio\ufb01of  t;.ede-aged.<\/p>\n
employee on the wound that he  iro1iii;t\u00e91ii,13,%  re:<\/p>\n
retirement from the services

\ncieceased employee from  20.9.2001 and

5. The ‘coirectzieiss ‘\ufb01le same is challenged in the writ<\/p>\n
petition   grounds contending that the \ufb01ndings and<\/p>\n
 the learned Presiding Officer of the Labour<\/p>\n
 L\u00bb   iiisawarti on the points of dispute 1 and 2 is not<\/p>\n

 review mwer. The learned Single Judge after noticing<\/p>\n

 dsdeeumentaiy evidence ~– Ex.M. 1, the evidence of workman Witness —<\/p>\n

\nintention on the part of the deceased workman, the husband of
\nSInt.Parvathy who alleged to retire voluntarily to  from
\nservices of the Corporation and also further held render<\/p>\n
