Whatever may be his role or<\/p>\n<p>                   whatever      may be the validity of order of conviction, he has been<\/p>\n<p>                   dismissed from service because of the order of conviction.       It is not<\/p>\n<p>                   open for this Court to go into the nitty-gritty of the decision of the<\/p>\n<p>                   criminal court to come to the rescue of the petitioner at this stage.<\/p>\n<p>                   Avenue open for the petitioner would be to get himself exonerated by<\/p>\n<p>                   the appellate court in the first place before claiming any right to remain<\/p>\n<p>                   in service on the post.
