Abdul Salam son of late Sheikh Wasi---------------Petitioners.\n                                                     Versus\n                                          THE STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   11.10.2010                     Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                         no.2 has been arrested by police. As such, he wants to withdraw this<\/p>\n<p>                         petition as against petitioner no.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as against<\/p>\n<p>                         petitioner no.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                    No doubt two injuries are found while post mortem was<\/p>\n<p>                         conducted, one on knee and next on the forehead. Defence is about<\/p>\n<p>                         falling of the deceased while she was coming down through stairs is<\/p>\n<p>                         supported by witnesses also but admittedly none was present while<\/p>\n<p>                         incident took place.
