S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nappears that in spite of repeated requests made by State, GPSC has<br \/>\nnot forwarded the names of successful candidates, though selection<br \/>\ntook place more than two months ahead prior to 23.2.2011.  In the<br \/>\ncircumstances, we direct the petitioner to implead Gujarat State<br \/>\nPublic Service Commission, through it&#8217;s Secretary, as party<br \/>\nrespondent No.3 to the writ petition.  Let notice be issued on newly<br \/>\nimpleaded 3rd respondent.  Direct service permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\nSecretary, GPSC is directed to file affidavit and state as to why<br \/>\nfinal selection of the Factory Inspector has not been made though the<br \/>\ntest was conducted more than two months back.\n<\/p>\n<p>Post the matter on 4.5.2011 within ten cases.
