SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                  -----------------------------------\n                    W.P.(C) No.34333 OF 2010\n                ---------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 21st day of January, 2011\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The learned Standing Counsel for the Devaswom Board submits<\/p>\n<p>that in respect of appointment of petitioners 1 to 5, there was<\/p>\n<p>publication of advertisement inviting applications and an interview of<\/p>\n<p>the applicants also was conducted. As far as petitioners 6 and 7 are<\/p>\n<p>concerned, no records are available in respect of the same. But, still<\/p>\n<p>the learned Standing Counsel would contend that it is to be<\/p>\n<p>ascertained whether the petitioners&#8217; claim for regularisation can be<\/p>\n<p>allowed, in view of the Division Bench direction in that regard. He<\/p>\n<p>would    submit   that  the  Board    can   consider   Exts.P3   to  P9<\/p>\n<p>representations filed by the petitioners before the second respondent<\/p>\n<p>in that regard in accordance with law.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with<\/p>\n<p>a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P3 to P9 representations as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>                                        S.
