\nthe learned counsel for the appellants.\n<\/p>\n
\tDuring
\nthe pendency of the suit for specific performance, the Court has
\nordered under Order 39 Rule 2 of the Civil Procedure Code that the
\nrespondents  will not alienate  the property in question. The
\ninjunction granted is in consonance with Section 52 of the Transfer
\nof Property Act. There does not appear any illegality committed by
\nthe Trial Court so as to warrant any interference. In that view of
\nthe matter, the Appeal from Order has no force and is dismissed.\n<\/p>\n
\tIn
\nview of the dismissal of the main appeal, no orders are required to
\nbe passed on the Civil Application and the same is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n
