Misc. No. 7458 of 2010, whereby<\/p>\n<p>                      he was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Rahika<\/p>\n<p>                      P.S. Case No. 167 of 2009 dated 11.12.2009. It appears that<\/p>\n<p>                      the undertaking given by the petitioner before this Court has<\/p>\n<p>                      not been complied with and the order and directions has<\/p>\n<p>                      been deliberately flouted.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  For the reasons recorded above, this Court does<\/p>\n<p>                      not find any valid ground for reviewing or modifying the<\/p>\n<p>                      order dated 16.04.2010, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7458 of<\/p>\n<p>                      2010.
