No.35025\/2009-W\n                ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n           Dated this the 9th day of December, 2009\n\n                      J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>    The petitioners are the Manager and Headmistress of<\/p>\n<p>A.U.P School, Cheeral, Sultan Bathery respectively.   Staff<\/p>\n<p>Fixation Orders for the years 2008-09 and 2009-10 of the<\/p>\n<p>establishment of the school are produced as Exts.P1 and P2.<\/p>\n<p>Subsequently,  the   Super   Check  Cell  Officer  of   the<\/p>\n<p>Directorate conducted a visit in the School and, based on<\/p>\n<p>the report of the said Officer, the Director of Public<\/p>\n<p>Instruction ordered to revise the staff fixation of the<\/p>\n<p>School by reducing one class division each from Standards<\/p>\n<p>II and IV and consequent reduction of posts of two L.P.S.As<\/p>\n<p>from  the  School  with  effect   from 15\/07\/2008  for  the<\/p>\n<p>academic year 2008-09, as evidenced by Ext.P3.  Challenging<\/p>\n<p>the same, the first petitioner has filed Ext.P4 revision<\/p>\n<p>petition before the Government.   Ext.P5 is the copy of the<\/p>\n<p>revised staff fixation order for the year 2008-09, issued<\/p>\n<p>in terms of Ext.P3.  The petitioners have, therefore, filed<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition seeking for a direction to dispose of<\/p>\n<p>the revision petition expeditiously, and within a time<\/p>\n<p>frame, especially, in the light of the fact that recovery<\/p>\n<p>steps will follow.\n<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No.35025\/2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     2.      Heard the learned Government Pleader appearing for<\/p>\n<p>the respondents.       There will be a direction to the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent to take a decision on Ext.P4, after hearing the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, within five months from the date of receipt of<\/p>\n<p>a copy of this Judgment.      In the meanwhile, coercive steps<\/p>\n<p>for   implementation     of Exts.P3  and  P5  orders  and   for<\/p>\n<p>deployment of the teachers will be kept in abeyance.<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is disposed of as above.
