Assurance Co.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tI<br \/>\nhave considered the submissions made by learned advocate Ms.Kapadia.<br \/>\nThe question involved in the present appeal requires detailed<br \/>\nexamination. Hence, the appeal is admitted.\n<\/p>\n<p> Civil<br \/>\nApplication No.8349 of 2008\t<\/p>\n<p>1.\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned advocate Ms.Anushree Kapadia for learned advocate Ms.Megha<br \/>\nJani on behalf of applicant ?  Assurance Co.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tRule<br \/>\nreturnable on 8.9.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tMeanwhile,<br \/>\nad-interim relief in terms of Para.3(a) on condition that applicant<br \/>\nshall deposit the entire awarded amount with the claims Tribunal<br \/>\ntogether with costs and interest on or before the returnable date.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\nclaims Tribunal is directed that after realizing the amount deposited<br \/>\nby the applicant ?
