Learned advocate for<br \/>\nthe appellant is not present.  The matter is of the year 2005 and<br \/>\nhence is taken up peremptorily.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard Mr. S.A. Qureshi, learned advocate for the respondents.<br \/>\nThe petitioner herein has prayed to direct the respondents to release<br \/>\nthe increment of the petitioner pursuant to the directions issued by<br \/>\nthe Central Administrative Tribunal and as confirmed by this Court as<br \/>\nper the appointment order of the petitioner dated 21.08.2003.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tWe<br \/>\nare of the opinion that the prayer seeking directions for<br \/>\nimplementation of the order of the Tribunal is misconceived and<br \/>\nshould be made before the Tribunal.
