Case No. 172 of 2002 registered<\/p>\n<p>                  for the offences under section 406, 420<\/p>\n<p>                  of the Penal Code lodged alleging<\/p>\n<p>                  breach of trust against Akhileshwar<\/p>\n<p>                  Prasad and others. Petitioner is also<\/p>\n<p>                  named in the first information report and<\/p>\n<p>                  he appears to be the identifying witness<\/p>\n<p>                  over the loan document.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         Let the petitioner, above named,<\/p>\n<p>                  surrender in the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>                  weeks from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n<p>                  of this order in the court below and<\/p>\n<p>                  thereafter he be admitted to the privilege<\/p>\n<p>                  of bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                  5,000\/-(five thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                  of   the   like     amount    each   to   the<\/p>\n<p>                  satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Motihari, in connection with Motihari<\/p>\n<p>          Town P.S.
