Justice P.R.RAMAN\n\n Dated :18\/01\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                                P.R.RAMAN, J.\n\n                         ```````````````````````````\n\n                       W.P.(C) NO. 2066 OF 2007\n\n                         ```````````````````````````\n\n             Dated this the 18th day of January, 2007\n\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Exhibits P6 and P7 are challenged by the petitioner, who is<\/p>\n<p>the Secretary of Welfare Association. The petitioner contends that<\/p>\n<p>the variation as allowed by the State Transport Appellate Tribunal<\/p>\n<p>by   Exhibits   P6   and   P7   will   adversely   affect   the   interest   of   the<\/p>\n<p>residents in the locality.  Exhibits P6 and P7 were passed as early<\/p>\n<p>as   in   August   2005.   There   is   no   explanation   for   the   inordinate<\/p>\n<p>delay in filing this writ petition.  That apart even according to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   based   on   Exhibits   P6   and   P7,   varied   permits   have<\/p>\n<p>already been issued.  If so, this writ petition cannot be entertained<\/p>\n<p>and relief as sought for could not be granted.<\/p>\n<p>      2.
