Siri Jagan, J.\n                =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n                       W.P(C) No. 25655 of 2010\n                =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=\n            Dated this, the 20th day of September, 2010.\n\n                             J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner retired from the service of the 1st respondent-<\/p>\n<p>Bank on 31.5.2010. Immediately prior to the date of retirement, a<\/p>\n<p>charge memo was issued, to which the petitioner filed Ext. P2 reply.<\/p>\n<p>But, no proceedings were taken thereafter and the petitioner retired<\/p>\n<p>also. The petitioner&#8217;s grievance in this writ petition is that retirement<\/p>\n<p>benefits due to the petitioner have not been disbursed.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Learned counsel for the Bank submits that it is only because<\/p>\n<p>of the initiation of the disciplinary proceedings prior to his retirement<\/p>\n<p>that there was some delay in disbursing the retirement benefits. He<\/p>\n<p>submits that the welfare fund amount and pension due to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner can be disbursed within one month and the balance within<\/p>\n<p>three months.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with<\/p>\n<p>the following directions:\n<\/p>\n<p>      The welfare fund amount and pension due to the petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>be disbursed within one month from today.          The provident fund,<\/p>\n<p>gratuity and other benefits, if any, shall be disbursed within three<\/p>\n<p>months from today.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          Sd\/- S.
