Khusbu Khatoon, Daughter of late Neyazul Haque.\n    All residents of Village Mansatala, PS Bettiah (M), District West Champaran --- Petitioners\n                                              Versus\n                              The State Of Bihar ---- Opposite Party\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       17.8.2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel<\/p>\n<p>                           appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Petitioners are father, mother and sister of Md. Salamat<\/p>\n<p>                           who is said to have kidnapped the victim girl Kehkashan Yasmin,<\/p>\n<p>                           apprehending their arrest in a case under Section 366(A)\/34 of the<\/p>\n<p>                           Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       The statement of the victim girl has been recorded under<\/p>\n<p>                           Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in which she says that<\/p>\n<p>                           she ran away with Md. Salamat on being influenced by one Rehana.<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering that the petitioners had no role to play in the<\/p>\n<p>                           said kidnapping, I direct that the above named petitioners are directed<\/p>\n<p>                           to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                           surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Bettiah (M)<\/p>\n<p>                           P.S.
