Therefore,<br \/>\npetitioner preferred application on 18th August, 2010 and<br \/>\nsubsequently on 30th September, 2010 one legal notice has<br \/>\nbeen served to respondent which remained unattended.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tIn<br \/>\nlight of the above, it is directed the respondents to consider<br \/>\naforesaid legal notice dated 30th September, 2010 and to<br \/>\nconsider the case of the petitioner who is working for more than 14<br \/>\nyears. Let this aspect may be considered and examined sympathetically<br \/>\nby the respondent authorities and then appropriate orders may be<br \/>\npassed by respondent authorities, in accordance with policy<br \/>\nprevailing in State Government, within a period of three months from<br \/>\nthe date of receiving copy of the present order and then immediately<br \/>\ncommunicate the decision to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.0\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observation and direction, present petition is disposed of<br \/>\nby this Court without expressing any opinion on merits. However, in<br \/>\ncase if the ultimate decision is adverse to the petitioner, it is<br \/>\nopen for the petitioner to challenge the same before appropriate<br \/>\nforum in accordance with law.
