Civil Application No. 1685 of 2008<br \/>\nfor the reasons stated, inter alia, that the papers are not traceable<br \/>\nin the Registry and therefore the applicant is constrained to file<br \/>\nthis application.  The Note which has been placed on record prepared<br \/>\nby the Registry confirms unfortunately and it is specifically stated<br \/>\nin the note that in spite of the efforts it is not traceable.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPrayer<br \/>\nin terms of Para 5(B) is granted.  M.C.A. No. 1685 of 2008 is<br \/>\npermitted to be reconstructed and filed in the Registry for<br \/>\ncirculation along with the main matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplication accordingly stands allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Rajesh<br \/>\nH.
