Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :04\/03\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                     ANTONY DOMINIC,J.\n                -----------------------\n                 W.P.(C).No.29709 OF 2008\n              ------------------------\n            Dated this the 4th day of March, 2009.\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner,    a    company  incorporated   under   the<\/p>\n<p>provisions of the Indian Companies Act acquired certain<\/p>\n<p>immovable properties as per Exts.P2 and P3. It is stated<\/p>\n<p>that there upon, they sought mutation of the property in<\/p>\n<p>their favour by filing Ext.P7 application before the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent. Orders have not been passed and thereupon<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition is filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.
