Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\n\nPresent:    Mr.N.D.Achint, Advocate,\n            for the petitioners.\n\n                         *****\n\nRANJIT SINGH, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>            The petitioners have filed this writ petition pleading that<br \/>\nthe partition has been ordered in violation of the mode of partition.<br \/>\nDuring the course of arguments, however, counsel for the petitioners<br \/>\nsubmits that the Gair Mumkin Chah has been given to the<br \/>\nrespondents. Counsel for the petitioners has not been able to show<br \/>\nas to how Gair Mumkin Chah would be in the ownership of the co-<br \/>\nsharers.
