No.22179 of 2011\n                             Md. Javed son of Md. Salim\n                                       Versus\n                                 The State Of Bihar\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   12.10.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The petitioner was refused bail by order dated<\/p>\n<p>                      15.11.2010 vide Cr. Misc. No.38567 of 2010 since he was identified<\/p>\n<p>                      in the test identification parade.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   The prayer for bail has been renewed on the ground that<\/p>\n<p>                      there is undue delay in the trial.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   A report was called for from the Trial Court and it<\/p>\n<p>                      appears that the Trial Court is taking all expedient steps to expedite<\/p>\n<p>                      the trial.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   In view of such, I am not inclined to review the earlier<\/p>\n<p>                      order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                   Prayer for bail is once again rejected.<\/p>\n<p>                                   The Trial Court is directed to send a list of the witnesses<\/p>\n<p>                      fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>                      order to the Superintendent of Police, Gaya, who is directed to<\/p>\n<p>                      ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed so that there<\/p>\n<p>                      is no further delay in the trial.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>          JA\/-                                                 (Anjana Prakash,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Md.
