                   order contained in annexure-5 because there is no legal<\/p>\n
                   infirmity in the order passed by the District Teachers<\/p>\n
                   Employment Appellate Authority, Begusarai. In absence<\/p>\n
                   of any post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra in existence after<\/p>\n
                   1.7.2006, no direction can be given for appointment of<\/p>\n
                   the petitioner, whatever be the merits of the case.<\/p>\n
