No.25039 of 2011\n                  Prahlad Pandit, Son of Firangi Pandit, resident of village- Lala Amauna,\n                  P.S.-Daud Nagar, District-Aurangabad.\n                                          Versus\n                                    The State of Bihar\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   29.07.2011                     Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    It is submitted that admittedly marriage had taken place<\/p>\n<p>                        eleven years ago in a temple and subsequent allegation of<\/p>\n<p>                        subjecting the complainant to cruelty does not seem to be proper.<\/p>\n<p>                        The couple is blessed with a son and a daughter.
