Depttl. Examination, 2007, together with marks obtained in respect\nof a particular Roll No. at both the stages of the test, has not been responded to,\neven though the same was duly submitted to the Central Public Information\nOfficer, Staff Selection Commission, New Delhi along with the requisite fee on\n12.12.2008.\n\n\n      Having admitted the complaint of Shri Pramod u\/s 18(1)(b) of RTI Act, the\nCommission served notice on CPIO, Staff Selection Commission on 12.06.2009\nseeking comments on the complaint. In his response of 26.06.2009, CPIO Shri V.\nK. Aggarwal, Under Secretary, SSC, New Delhi, submitted his comments. The\nCPIO has informed the Commission that the request dated 12.12.2008 of Shri\nPramod was duly responded to vide letter dated 12.01.2009, informing him that\nthe information could be provided only after the declaration of the final result of\nthe said examination and the complainant was advised to apply afresh after\ndeclaration of the final result of the said examination without fee. The CPIO has\nfurther informed that as the final result of the examination has since been\ndeclared, the requisite information which is readily available with the Commission\nis now being furnished to the complainant separately. The CPIO has attached the\ncopy of reply dated 12.01.2009, sent to the Shri Pramod\n.\n<\/pre>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                         1<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                                  Decision Notice<\/p>\n<p>       It is now clear from a perusal of the comments submitted by the CPIO that<br \/>\nthe request of the complainant Shri Pramod Kumar Sinha has been responded to<br \/>\nwithin the time mandated by the law. Hence, the allegation of non-responding to<br \/>\nthe request does not stand. Moreover, the information sought by him now stands<br \/>\nprovided. In light of the above the present complaint is hereby dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The complainant Shri Pramod Kumar Sinha is advised that should he<br \/>\nhave found the information now provided unsatisfactory, he may approach the<br \/>\nfirst appellate authority of the SSC u\/s 19 (1) and consequently if, not satisfied<br \/>\nwith the information provided on his first appeal, Shri Pramod will be free to move<br \/>\na second appeal before us u\/s 19(3).\n<\/p>\n<p>       Announced this eighth day of January 2009.
