Heard learned counsel for the parties in respect of the

compensation.\n<\/p>\n
2. Appellants counsel Sri   <\/p>\n
S.Badawadagi submits that the compernsjatlonllawalrderdllbyi<\/p>\n
the Tribunal is on the lower side because the rar.uount gi\u00e9ven <\/p>\n
towards loss of future earningll”c.allpa.city under;-l’lthe;\u00a7 head of
\ndisability is on the lower: side, as the aprje-lilant hadsustained<\/p>\n
laceratedlllirijuiry o\u00a7}i:r’– theallleft ellbo\ufb01lv and contusion on the
\nabdomenaild Contus\u00abi.orli.olVe;fl the chest region and the Doctor<\/p>\n
had put dlsafoilvity betwbeen: 35% to 40% to the lower limb,<\/p>\n
  tow_ards: __medical llexpenses the amount is on the lower side<\/p>\n
 having  the bills produced and no amount has been<\/p>\n
alwar-‘dled  loss of amenities. Under the head of pain<\/p>\n
 and suffeirinlgl, the amount given is also on the lower side.
\nV’ ..   Learned Counsel Sri. M.K.Soudagar for the<\/p>\n
 . ‘Insurance company submitted that the compensation given<\/p>\n
ef<\/p>\n
DJ<\/p>\n
by the Tribunal is just and reasonable requiring no<\/p>\n
enhancement under any of the heads.\n<\/p>\n
4. Taking note of the evidence on record vandlsthe<\/p>\n
observation of the Tribunal at page 13 of <\/p>\n
relating to the case of this appellant, there   <\/p>\n
that the appellant had sustained firactiirleivolfggthge’ <\/p>\n
pubic bone and disability is put at 33310 4o<\u00a7\/si"iii"s.i":be 'ii\ufb01ib <\/p>\n
and therefore taking disability .192'?\/o for ti1eii;vh'oleii'body and
\nincome at Rs.3,000\/–v   towards loss "of future<\/p>\n
earning capacity, the app\u20ac\u00a7'll'\u00a71I1ifiAfill entitled to<\/p>\n
Rs.73,\u00a7}40\/if Accident Claims Tribunal has
\ngiven Rs'.8,0QO\/'–toiiifards.._id'isability, the actual increase will<\/p>\n
be Rs.65,4;lU,1:\u00a7 binds: this head. Towards pain and<\/p>\n

 including treatment taken at various<\/p>\n
hos_pital,V.coiniieyance, etc, Rs.10,000\/– is awarded and<\/p>\n
\ufb01towardsv loss of amenities Rs.10,000\/– would be adequate<\/p>\n

Thus, the compensation gets enhanced by Rs.95,__<}40\/.
