permaner\ufb01ze  of the suit properties<\/p>\n

  1 measming 1 acre 1 gunta of land<\/p>\n
  village, Nanjangud Taluk. The<\/p>\n
I_basis foeme suit is pI.\u00a7.”e\u00b0\u00a7 to the suit property being<\/p>\n
 \ufb02i1VeL”a11cestra1 property of the pla;i11tiff’s father and<\/p>\n
   revenue records indicating the same. It is the plaint<\/p>\n
‘4 allegation that the defendant tried to cut one Banni<\/p>\n
tree situated in Sy.No.203 and inspite of the<\/p>\n
