So far, the balance court<\/p>\n<p>fee has not been paid. On 07.08.2008, this Court again passed an order to<\/p>\n<p>the effect that if the balance court fee is not paid within a week, the appeal<\/p>\n<p>would be dismissed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
