Respondents\n\n\n\t\t Petition  filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of Habeas corpus calling for the records in connection with detention order passed in C.M.P.No.9 B.L.\/2006 (M-1) dated 09.05.2006 on the file of second respondent and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Sekar, son of Elaiyappa Gounder, who is confined in Central Prison, Salem before this Court and set him at liberty.\n\n\t\tFor petitioner   : Mr. M.M.Sundresh\n\t\tFor respondents  : Mr. M.Babu Muthu Meeran,\n\t\t\t\t    Additional Public Prosecutor\n\t\t\t\t\t    \nORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>(Order of the Court was made by P. SATHASIVAM,J.)<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe learned Additional Public Prosecutor has brought to our notice that the impugned detention order has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.1242 Prohibition &amp; Excise (XIV) Department dated 26.06.2006 and he also produced copy of the same.  Accordingly, as on date nothing survives for adjudication in this petition, hence the same is dismissed as infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p>gl\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<p>To<\/p>\n<p>1.
