RAMKUMAR, J.\n                     - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n               Bail Application No.4360 of 2010\n                      - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 12th day of August 2010\n\n                              O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos. 1, 4, 4, 6 &amp; 7 in Crime No.1250\/2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Payangadi Police Station for offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>143, 147, 148, 341, 324, 308, 452, 5069ii) read with Section 149<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek their    enlargement on bail. The petitioners were<\/p>\n<p>arrested on 05\/06\/2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody of the petitioners, the present stage<\/p>\n<p>of investigation and the other circumstances of the case etc., I<\/p>\n<p>am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners are directed to be released on bail with effect from<\/p>\n<p>20\/08\/2010 on each of them executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>(Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent sureties<\/p>\n<p>each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M,<\/p>\n<p>Payyannur and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>           1. The petitioners shall report before the<\/p>\n<p>              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>              a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A No.4360\/2010                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2. The petitioners shall make themselves<\/p>\n<p>               available    for     interrogation      including<\/p>\n<p>               custodial interrogation as and when required<\/p>\n<p>               by the police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3. The     petitioners shall not influence or<\/p>\n<p>               intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor<\/p>\n<p>               shall they     attempt to tamper with the<\/p>\n<p>               evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           4. The petitioners shall not commit any offence<\/p>\n<p>               while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>           5.
